By During his 30 years with Plaza Commercial Realty, Paul Land has seen dramatic changes in the industry. “We want to do things better each day. That way we serve our clients, customers, and the community,” Land says.
He says the word that best describes him is “determined.”
“There is always a solution” he says. “Tomorrow is another day.”
Mike Grellner, Land’s coworker for 11 years, likes the personal relationship between the community and its real estate. He stresses the importance of developing enduring relationships.
“Trust is not built on a per transaction basis. It’s built over time through consistent, reliable consultation with the client,” he says. That attitude helps explain the business’s success.
In their free time, Land, a former soccer player, enjoys watching sports and enjoys books of quotes and humor, while Grellner enjoys outdoor recreation — specifically hiking, fishing and gardening.
