Les Bourgeois Uncorks New Name

The Rocheport winery is rebranding itself as it seeks to be a destination location. Late last month, Les Bourgeois issued a press release announcing the launch of The Bluff Top at Rocheport,  which bills itself as a”trailside vineyard retreat.”

Les Bourgeois Vineyards was founded in 1985, has grown from a small, boutique winery to one of the largest and most popular in the state. Over the course of the past few years, it has added several properties and experiences, including three luxury guest houses and a state of the art still.

The rebranding brings all the vineyards’ experiences and amenities under one umbrella, which includes:

Les Bourgeois Vineyards – an award-winning winery with 37 years of history

Blufftop Cellars – a newly released premium wine brand

Rocheport Distilling Co. – a small-batch distillery focusing on crafting fine local fermentables

The Tasting Room – a hub for all The Blufftop product bands where visitors can enjoy tastings, tours, and shop products and gift items.

The Bistro – a full-service restaurant offering a casual yet upscale dining experience overlooking the Missouri River. This breathtaking building is also a popular event venue.

The A-Frame Winegarden – an outdoor, multi-level patio with an unbeatable view and welcoming, fun atmosphere

Founder’s Point – formerly home to the winery’s founders, this is a unique guest house nestled between The Bistro and The A-Frame Winegarden, ideally located for attendees or hosts of weddings and events on The Blufftop.

Trailside Suites – a luxurious guest-house steps from the Katy Trail featuring four king-size suites, it’s perfect for groups of friends or families visiting the area for a special event or Mizzou game.

The 1912 – a beautifully renovated guest home originally built in 1912 located in the heart of Rocheport, this property features a gourmet worthy kitchen and salt water pool.
