By Cinco de Mayo is Thursday and Columbia has a few different options for those seeking a way to celebrate.
Tortilleria El Patrón at 711 Vandiver Drive, suite J, is hosting an all-you-can-eat special for $12.99 from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday. Las Margaritas is hosting celebrations at all three Columbia locations (10 Southampton Drive; 220 S. Eighth St.; and 5614 E. St. Charles Road, suite E) with a live mariachi band and DJ starting at 5 p.m. Thursday.
