After a long wait, HomeGoods has officially come to Columbia. The retail chain opened this week, holding its grand opening today.

The new HomeGoods location occupies the former Bed Bath & Beyond space as part of the project to revitalize the Shoppes at Stadium.

HomeGoods will open next week in the Shoppes at Stadium, the retail chain confirmed Thursday. The popular home furnishing store sells a wide range of home products such as indoor and outdoor furniture, rugs, lamps and other furniture. HomeGoods is owned by TJX companies, which also owns TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Sierra Trading Post.
