Starting in August and continuing through the end of the year, hundreds of non-fiction films will pour in from around the world to be considered for the coveted True/False Fest. Members of the T/F Screening Committee, affectionately called “Canaries,” are often the first people to critically consider these films. The primary job of a screener is to thoughtfully view and identify films of interest to our programming team.

The Festival is looking to take on new screeners who can give clear, honest and nuanced reviews of the work presented before them and approach each film and artist anew. Applications are open now until June 26. Click here for more information and applicant requirements.
