Cacao beans, the seeds of the cacao trees in the Amazon, are used to make chocolate, cacao butter and even in some cases, liquor. But the beans greatly benefit your health and well-being, which you can get educated at a class on April 17 at Nourish Cafe & Market.
Participants will learn how to consume cacao for energy, relaxation or creativity, along with methods of preparing it as a beverage and the historical significance of the superfood. Participants will receive one 100 gram bar of cacao and indulge in taste tests. Whether you want to use cacao to make a sweet drink or get more experimental with it, Nourish says cacao is a beneficial supplement that can enhance your well-being.
Tickets are $45 per person and space is limited. Mark your calendars for April 17 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for this education session.
