Ozark Mountain Biscuit & Bar Debuts Summer Cocktails

One of Columbia’s most beloved restaurants and bars has updated their cocktail menu for summer. From 8 a.m to 9 p.m., every weekday but Tuesday, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends, head to Ozark Mountain for a delicious meal and a refreshing drink at 1204 Hinkson Ave.

  • Irish Gin Wilderness: Drumshanbo Irish gin, tonic and homegrown botanicals. It’s named for a remote area of the Ozark woods.
  • Seasonal CoMo-politan: like a traditional cosmopolitan, this drink is served up with vodka and cointreau, but with a dash of watermelon syrup and lime for a summery taste.
  • If You Like Piña: pineapple-infused rum, honey-habañero syrup, lime juice, fresh nutmeg and mint.
  • Sangria: served in a 16-ounce mason jar, this blend of dry red wines is sweetened with Grand Marnier, a pinch of sugar and citrus.
  • Frida Kahlo: smoky mezcal, house sour mix, muddied orange and mint.
  • Blushing Basil: Aperol, reposado tequila and a splash of lime juice served over crushed ice, muddled cucumber and basil.
