Simple Solutions Fitness Hosts Hour-Long Core Workshop

For those looking to improve or discover their core and pelvic floor strength, join Olivia Rousseau, DPT, 500 E-RYT, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday for an interactive workshop.

Whether you have had children, wish for more strength or have urinary leakage, prolapse or pain, the workshop will work with you on targeted exercises, breathing techniques and more to help strengthen the muscles surrounding your pelvic floor and core.

Dr. Olivia Rousseau works at MU Physical Therapy and has taught yoga for 13 years.
