Peggy Jean’s Pies’ Bourbon Whipped Cream recipe (for 9-inch pie)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup bourbon

Instructions
 

  • Combine heavy cream and sugar. 
  • Pour in bourbon and mix.  
  • Whip/whisk until cream makes a peak when the whisk or mixer is extracted.  
  • Enjoy!
