Winter Orchard

This drink is a fun seasonal twist on the classic margarita. It has a bright, refreshing start on the palate and a warm finish that accentuates winter spices. Make it yourself or give it a try at Twain: Holiday Hideaway this December for some extra holiday cheer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounces Ty Iechyd Da Blanco spirit
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 1/2 ounces lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup
  • 1/4 ounce triple sec

Instructions
 

  • Add blanco spirit, apple cider, cinnamon syrup, lime juice and triple sec to a shaker with ice and shake.
  • Rim a glass with cinnamon sugar and add fresh ice.
  • Strain the cocktail into a glass, garnish with a freeze-dried apple slice and enjoy.
