Mid-Missouri cyclists are gearing up for this weekend’s Pedaler’s Jamboree.

The annual event offers a weekend of cycling and music throughout mid-Missouri and will begin Saturday morning, with bicyclists leaving from Flat Branch Park at 101 S. 4th St. between 8-10 a.m. Participants can drop their overnight packs at Saturday’s check in before heading out to enjoy the scenic views of the Katy Trail. Cyclists can stop at their convenience in Huntsdale, Rocheport or Franklin before the final stop in Boonville on Saturday night. Each location will host live music, with the final stop at Boonville’s Kemper Park hosting multiple bands and food vendors. In addition to various hotel/motel accommodations, cyclists can camp overnight in the park before heading back out Sunday morning and returning to Columbia.

On Sunday morning, cyclists will head back to Columbia, with the same communities offering live music for stops along the way. There will be a free after party at Rose Music Hall starting at 5 p.m. Sunday.

While advanced tickets are no longer available, those interested in participating can purchase passes for the ride at check-in at Flat Branch Park on Saturday morning. Passes for the music in Boonville also will be available on site.
