Chamber of Commerce Planning Several Ribbon-Cuttings

The Columbia Chamber of Commerce has several ribbon-cutting ceremonies on the books for September.

Starting on Sept. 2, the ambassadors will be heading to 821 Elm St. for a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the grand opening of Columbia’s first Qdoba. The ribbon-cutting is set for 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday.

On Sept. 4, the ambassadors will perform a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the launch of the University of Missouri’s new multi-year campaign through the Department of Advancement. The celebration will be at The Reynolds Alumni Center located at 700 Conley Ave. The event will begin at 3:30 p.m. and the ribbon-cutting will start at 3:45 p.m.
