Columbia Seeks Interest in Building on Lemone Industrial Boulevard

The city of Columbia, Missouri, is actively seeking proposals for the lease or purchase of the former IBM/Kyndryl building located at 2810 Lemone Industrial Blvd.

This Request for Expression of Interest provides an opportunity for interested parties to explore the potential of this 93,145-square-foot facility situated on 9.5 acres. The building holds a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design silver certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability. The property has a range of amenities, including ample parking, cubicles, conference rooms, team rooms and even a 4,000-square-foot storm shelter.

Proposals are currently being accepted, with submissions due by 5 p.m. Nov. 27 via email to bernie.andrews@como.gov. Finalists will be announced in December. For more information on the building, visit como.gov.
