Economic Development Director Candidate Finalists

Meet the final candidates for Economic Development director for the City of Columbia. The finalists are:

  • Paul Eisenstein, who previously worked for the Missouri Department of Economic Development as senior director of operations. He has experience in the non-profit sector and holds degrees from the University of Missouri, Washington University in St. Louis and Saint Louis University.
  • Edward F. Hayes III, who was manager of economic and community development in Memphis. He has a master’s degree from Union University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis, both in business administration. He also has experience in sales and consulting.
