In February, Angela Peterson officially launched her new business, Rainbow Shred Mountain Bike Coaching, which offers mountain bike skills instruction and learn to bike lessons for brand new riders, beginners and intermediate riders. Before opening the business, Peterson spent many years teaching young riders, even traveling the country to teach at a few mountain bike festivals.

Now the owner of Rainbow Shred Mountain Bike Coaching, Peterson says she feels she is filling a hole in the mid-Missouri community. “Our area hasn’t had a coaching service like this for folks to work on their mountain biking skills,” she says. And the community has welcomed Peterson with open arms. “The community has responded with incredible stoke and support. Several people have shared my business online and through word of mouth, which has been great to expand my reach.”

As her business grows, she is able to watch more and more riders achieve their goals every single day. “I love helping riders gain confidence and work through their fear on the trail. Being a part of those riders journeys is the absolute best,” Peterson says.

Peterson offers private and group lessons for ages 3 and up, as well as skills clinics throughout the year. Her goal is for “people to be able to experience the outdoors and have the most fun time ever on the trails.” To learn more about Rainbow Shred Mountain Bike Coaching visit, rainbowshred.com.
