You can call or text 573-682-0545 to order from 5-7:30 p.m. Pick up is at CoMo Cooks located at 14 E. Business Loop 70 E.

Owner Abbey Mitchell says, the business “offers Swahili cuisine from the coastal part of Kenya. Swahili cuisine not only offers a delicious array of flavors but also reflects the cultural diversity and history of the Swahili Coast.”

Mitchell states that her favorite part of serving the community is introducing the community to a new cuisine and seeing them happy, as well as sharing a part of her home.

“It’s a culinary tradition that continues to be celebrated and appreciated by people both in East Africa and beyond. We are honored to introduce our culture/cuisine to our community.”

You can also find Abbey’s Swahili Delights at the Winter Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays. They will offer Swahili snacks such as samosas, donuts and more. For more information on the delights, visit their Facebook page.
