The Grind Coffee House announced on social media it has opened a new location in downtown Columbia. The new location, located at 904 Elm St., looks a bit different than The Grind’s other spots, including a different name and different menu items.

According to the Instagram post, the new downtown location is called Rise & Grind, and features items from B&B Bagels and more.

The new coffee shop had a soft opening at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning  with a few items available. It will be open until 3 p.m. Thursday, switching to its normal business hours Tuesday-Friday 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 7 a.m.-2 p.m. starting on Friday.
