The Old Neighborhood Cafe has changed its hours for the foreseeable future. On Monday, the family restaurant officially made the change to close on Mondays and only open from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturdays.

The Old Neighborhood Cafe, which is located at 2011 Corona Road suite 101, opened in July 2022 after owners Vanessa and Jake Leitza closed Katfish Katy’s in early 2022.

According to a post on Facebook, this new schedule change is meant to give employees more time outside of work. “We value our family time with our current hours and limited employees, a manageable work-life balance isn’t possible,” the post says. “We want to be our best selves both at work and at home, so we had to make this decision.”

The Old Neighborhood Cafe is now closed Mondays, open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays.
