Have you ever wondered how a cocoa bean is transformed into the delicious, creamy chocolate we all know and love? Learn from a professional chocolate maker Saturday from 4-5 p.m. at the REDI Training Room (500 E. Walnut St., suite 103).
Katie Dahlman, owner of CONCH: Chocolate Experience, will teach about the entire chocolate-making process.
Tickets cost $20 per person, and include the one-hour class, a bar of dark chocolate and a cup of brewing cocoa.
