The Dinner & Wine Series is back at Glenn’s Cafe. For a dining experience like no other, save the date for February’s dinner, starting at 7 p.m. on Feb. 11.
This event will feature a four-course dinner crafted by the executive chef at Glenn’s, with wine pairing guidance from the sommelier. The menu for the evening is:
- First course: truffle risotto, parmesan
- Second course: prosciutto-wrapped monkfish, grilled broccolini, seared potato scales and caviar beurre blanc
- Third course: gnocchi bolognese, hand-rolled potato gnocchi, lamb, pork and red wine demi-glace
- Fourth course: biscotti, affogato, almond biscotti vanila gelato and home-brewed coffee
