The Heart of Missouri Women’s Show returns this weekend, March 7-8, dedicated to celebrating, inspiring and empowering women across mid-Missouri. The event is held at the Columbia Mall.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, with the opening celebration and kick-off starting at noon. This is followed by three breakout sessions, a main session, a Cocktail Crawl and a Dance Party. Saturday begins with the Dream Big Together Breakfast at 8 a.m., Morning Movement activities at 8:45 and the morning main session at 9:30. Saturday afternoon plans consist of four breakout sessions and a closing celebration, wrapping up at 4 p.m.

There will also be four themed lounges used for hosting breakout sessions and cocktail crawls, as well as providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creating cherished memories with friends when not in use.

  • Vintage Lounge: “Step back in time and enjoy the charm of a bygone era in this nostalgically designed space.”
  • Art Gallery Lounge: “Surround yourself with inspiring works of art and engage in thought-provoking conversations.”
  • Glitz & Glam Lounge: “Indulge in a touch of luxury and sophistication in this chic and stylish setting.”
  • Zen Lounge: “Unwind, relax, and find inner peace in this tranquil oasis amidst the excitement of the event.”

Shopping at mall storefronts, local makers and vendor booths can be done when not in sessions. Other activities include a scavenger hunt, community service opportunities and more.
