Local Businesses Offer Mother’s Day Events

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and your favorite Columbia businesses are prepared to help you celebrate the most important women in your life.

The Tin Roof Monogram & Gift — May 10, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The Tin Roof is celebrating the love of moms with shopping, a stem bar and bouquet arrangement from Blooms & Wishes Flowers, and delicious sweets from Blossom Bakery.

Toasty Goat Coffee Co. — May 10, 2-4 p.m.

Head to Toasty Goat Saturday afternoon for some quality time with mom, creating a beautiful floral bouquet. Taught by Graceful Florals, you’ll get full access to all the best locally grown blooms, such as peonies and ranunculus. Walk-ins are welcome, but a ticket guarantees your spot and a bonus goodie bag including: a free vase and flower food, hands-on design help and a free printable file of flower arranging and vase life tips.

The Atrium on Tenth — May 11, 9 a.m. – noon

Treat the moms in your life to a Mother’s Day brunch at The Atrium. With a curated brunch menu with a mix of breakfast and lunch favorites, there’s something for everyone. Tickets are $35 for adults and $20 for children ages 4-12; children under four earn free entry. Alongside brunch, there will be a mimosa champagne wall, wine glass decorating, permanent jewelry (additional purchase), a live harpist, an engraving station for personal items and custom bouquets from Blooms & Wishes Flowers (additional purchase).

Dive Bar — May 11, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The annual Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet at Dive Bar is back this Sunday, with delicious food and cocktails, as well as live music. You can make reservations on the website, but are not required.

Park Restaurant & Bar — May 11, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Park Restaurant & Bar is hosting Mother’s Day brunch with their full menu, and moms receive a complimentary glass of house wine or champagne for the occasion. Plus, enjoy a DIY bouquet bar and build a custom bouquet of flowers for $10. Reserve your table now!

Hexagon Alley — May 11, 11 a.m.

Join Hexagon Alley for a puzzle event for you and mom! Tickets are $75 and includes your choice of a 500-piece puzzle or a 1,000-piece puzzle, bottomless mimosas and a brunch board for your group. This also covers admission for up to four people.

Six-Mile Ordinary — May 11, 1-4 p.m.

Celebrate with Mom-Mosa Bingo at Six-Mile Ordinary this Sunday. Free to play with the purchase of a drink, this include three hours of bingo and prizes for winners. This is a 21+ event, and feel free to bring snacks!
