The North Village Arts District is preparing to unveil its latest art installation at Columbia College during the North Village Art Walk.

From 5:30 p.m.-6 p.m. Thursday, enjoy the new sculpture, Taking Flight, a live performance by Columbia College’s Jane Froman Singers, remarks from various individuals involved in the project and a ribbon cutting by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.

Joe and Terri Malesky, founders of New Adventures, created the sculpture, and its new home will be at the corner of Tenth Street and Rodgers Street. For more information on The North Village Arts District, visit northvillageartsdistrict.org.
