If you loved the book fairs from your school days, then consider heading to Rose Park on Saturday afternoon.
Rose Music Hall is presenting the inaugural CoMo Grown-Up Book Fair at Rose Park from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday. The event seeks to immerse participants in a full ’90s experience while providing a curated selection of books from local and independent booksellers, including Skylark Bookshop, Yellow Dog Bookshop, Distant Planet Comics and more.
There also will be a bar featuring adult Capri Suns and a literary style cocktail menu, a bake sale from Sweatbea’s Bakery, “cafeteria-style” pizza from Pizza Tree, a vintage market and goods, a photo booth and trivia sessions.
