Take a quick road trip this Saturday for puppy yoga at Battlefield Lavender in Centralia! From 11 a.m. to noon, participants can practice yoga while puppies roam around and play, even joining in on the poses.

In partnership with Sarah’s Yoga Studio, Little Rays of Sunshine Animal Rescue and Missouri Mental Health Foundation, this event helps puppies develop important social skills and become more comfortable around people, all while they get some much-needed fresh air and exercise. Plus, all of the puppies are adoptable from a local rescue.

Puppy yoga is kid-friendly and costs $30 per person. Attendees can bring their own mat or rent one for $5. Click here for more event details.
