Plan a short trip this Sunday for a jazz brunch at The Bistro on The Blufftop at Rocheport from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The brunch buffet costs $30 ($15 for children aged 10 and under), with a bottomless mimosa bar for an additional $20.
The menu includes:
- Biscuits & Gravy: Homestyle biscuit with choice of housemade sausage gravy or vegetarian mushroom gravy
- Scrambled Eggs: Served with sides of chives, gruyere and diced tomato
- Cinnamon Rolls: Creme Anglaise with cinnamon, brown sugar and glazed pears
- Breakfast Sausage Links: House-made breakfast sausage links
- Thick-Cut Bacon: Regular or candied
- Red & Sweet Potato Hash: Fried, seasoned and sauteed with onions, mixed peppers and fried BLH mushrooms
- Waffles: Vermont maple, apple butter or whipped cream
- Berries & Schlag: Mixed berries in a cup of over-whipped German-style sweet cream
- Assorted Muffins and Bagels: Served with jam and pumpkin cream cheese
- Spinach & Apple Salad: spinach, apple, feta, blackberry vinaigrette, shaved red onion and house croutons
