The second annual Wassail Stroll in The District is this Saturday from 2-5 p.m. Taste different wassails — a traditional hot, spiced mulled drink usually with cider or ale as a base — from participating businesses in downtown. When you find your favorite, grab a ballot and cast your vote.
The business that gets the most votes earns bragging rights and a poster to prove it.
This event is free to attend to sample drinks.
