Oktoberfest is returning to Günter Hans European Pub & Café in Columbia. Starting today, people are welcome to indulge in beer while enjoying traditional German food and games.

Seating will open at 4:30 p.m. and the festivities will start at 5 p.m. in the biergarten with the percussion ensemble of the Missouri Symphony. At 7 p.m., Oktoberfest will switch gears to bingo for a chance to win exclusive Oktoberfest-themed prizes.  From  7- 9 p.m. Thursday, there will be an Oktoberfest-themed trivia night followed by Oktoberfest in the biergarten from 2-11 p.m. Friday.

The Oktoberfest-ivities continue from 5-10 p.m. Saturday, with Brats ‘n Beer in the biergarten. And the event will close out 4-6 p.m. Sunday, by partnering with Logboat Brewing Company to hold a liter holding contest. Winners will receive prizes from Logboat and Günter Hans.
