The free music festival, celebrating local music, community and of course, biscuits will begin next Friday, Oct. 3 at 5 p.m. Friday’s festivities will end at 9 p.m., but continue Saturday from noon to 9 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Here’s how to dine your way through the weekend.

The Menu — Some folks anticipate the food and beverage menu as much, if not more, than the music itself. This year, there is a variety of local vendors, ranging from savory to sweet. (B)eat your heart out!

  • Ozark Mountain Biscuit Co. will obviously be featured, bringing the biscuits. Beyond that, they’ll be bringing their selection of sides, Southern comfort-style. This truck is your stop for made-from-scratch biscuit sandwiches (it’s in the name, after all!)
  • Roux Pop-Ups is a must for authentic Cajun cuisine. You may have stopped in at one of their events at Ozark Mountain or Logboat and tried their hearty gumbo or delectable poutine. Roux will be providing the spice, bringing Louisiana’s signature flavors to Missouri.
  • Endwell Taverna has been quick to make a name for itself in just under two years of operation. The Italian eatery, known for its artisan New-York style pizzas, will have a tasty selection of pizzas by the slice for attendees.
  • Voodoo Sno isn’t serving your run-of-the-mill snow cones. They’re known for New Orleans-style snowballs, traditionally made with finely shaved ice and sweeter, more vibrant flavors. Cap off your dining with a refreshing dessert that’s much fluffier, softer and flavorful than your average snow cone.
