Save the stress of holiday meal prep and support the Columbia Career Center all in one go. Today and tomorrow at the CACC Culinary Kitchen, student-made entrees, desserts, sides and more are available for purchase from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 4203 S. Providence Rd.

There is no pre-order option and everything is sold in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here for their current inventory. Checks are preferred and should be made out to CPS.

From Christmas dinner classics like milk rolls, turkey gravy and vegetable stuffing to favorites like chicken and andouille gumbo, bratwursts, shrimp dishes, corn chowder and more, you can ease some of the pressure and thrill your guests. If you’d like a smaller helping hand, there’s broths, stocks and demi-glaces available to shave off that time in the kitchen and get you back to celebrating.
