On Monday, head to Main Squeeze to indulge in a night of delicious vegan eats showcasing Missouri’s freshest produce. Chef Max Garcia-Rubio will serve a prix fixe menu using local, in-season produce.
The $40 dinner comes with a mocktail, starter, main course and dessert. A kids menu will also be available at this family-friendly event. Ten percent of sales will benefit the Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture. Open seating will be available, while you can also call ahead or message Main Squeeze on Instagram for reservations.
The dinner will be offered from 5-8 p.m on Monday, June 23. at Main Squeeze.
