Fuji Japanese Steakhouse, located at 1000 I-70 Drive SW, is officially open in Columbia.

The new steakhouse held a grand opening on July 29, allowing customers to try their hibachi cuisine and signature cocktails. Fuji’s menu includes sushi, bento boxes, stir fry, ramen, nigiri and traditional hibachi grill entrees.

Fuji is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30-9:30 p.m., Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30-10:00 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
