Range Free baking classes are officially back. According to a post on Facebook, classes are returning after taking a break during the COVID-19 pandemic. “It’s been a long time gone (since the week of the world shutting down, to be precise), but classes are back and this is just the first in a series,” the post says.

According to its website, Range Free is Missouri’s only bakery dedicated to making food free from gluten, wheat, peanuts, fish, shellfish and tree nuts. Along with grain-free baking, Range Free also offers paleo, vegan and low-glycemic options.

The intro to allergen-free baking class is from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31. Participants will learn about the different gluten-free fours, the top nine allergen replacements and processes. Each person in the class will also get to take home one dozen cookies and the recipe.
