Three new salad options are now on the menu at Pasta La Fata.
The autumn salad includes local mixed greens, shaved brussel sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, currants, toasted pecans and parmesan with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. A classic chopped wedge mixes iceberg lettuce, local bacon, roasted red peppers and red onion with a cream gorgonzola dressing and a balsamic drizzle. Their new Caesar salad is made with the classics: romaine lettuce, parmesan, cheese, garlic butter croutons and fresh black pepper. All three salads are made to order and in compostable packaging.
As of this month, the business is now available through CoMo Delivered and Grubhub.
