By A first of its kind sizzling showdown is coming to Pierpont General Store on Sunday as they host their first chili cook-off. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., anyone is welcome to attend, taste chili and talk with the chefs themselves.
The spots for entrants are limited and require a $10 fee. Judging will be at 2:30 p.m. by local celebrities with prizes awarded for the best chili creation.
