The Arcade District Hosting a Halloween Spooktacular

This Saturday, celebrate Halloween in the Arcade District at the free Halloween Spooktacular event! Several spooky events are planned for the event starting at 3 p.m.

From 3-6:30 p.m. enjoy pumpkin painting, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. enjoy spooky songs for kids at B Side Records, also from 3:30-4:30 p.m. take part in Halloween trivia at Six Mile Ordinary, at 5 p.m. there will be a kids costume contest with prizes available, at 5:30 there will be a showing of “it’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” in Sentinel Park, at 6 p.m. enjoy a showing of “Hocus Pocus” in Sentinel Park, take part in the adult costume contest with prizes at 7:30 p.m. and cap the night with a screening of “The Blair Witch Project,” in Sentinel Park for adults only.

Along with all the spooky fun, Sweatbea’s Bakery will sell sweet treats during the event, including candy apples and Six Mile Ordinary is serving hot apple cider.
