Ready to go back in time?

Then head to Kingdom City this weekend for the season kick off of the Central Missouri Renaissance Festival, where attendees can experience the 1550 A.D. village of Carlingford, Ireland. The festival is spread across multiple stages that host performances and contests, and also includes period-specific encampments, artisan markets, games and food vendors.

The festival will be held from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, as well as May 7-8 and Oct. 22-23, and will go on regardless of rain. Tickets will be available at the gate and are $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 6 to 12, with those ages 5 and under admitted free.
