Come get your green on at this St. Paddy’s Day Celebration at Rose Music Hall featuring local faves The Kay Brothers. Doors open at 6 p.m. March 17 and the show begins at 7 p.m. Enjoy all the Irish indulgence — within reason!
The band boasts sibling harmonies, upright bass, guitar, tenor banjo, fiddle, cello, ukulele, harmonica, washboard, congas, shakers and an array of foot percussion. Their mission is “to preserve the rural music of our forefathers and mothers that once filled the wooden barns dotting the countryside on Saturday night and the small family churches on Sunday morning. That party is still going on…. it’s in your blood.”
