Brad Young and his team started the B Young Insurance Agency on January 1, 2023 with no customers and a simple goal—to build an agency centered on trust, service, and doing things the right way. They opened their doors with zero customers, which meant every opportunity had to be earned through relationships, consistency, and hard work.

Only three years later, he has been voted Best Insurance Agent in Columbia. Young says this accomplishment would not be possible without his team of five providing high-quality, easy to understand coverage to the community. 

“While my name may be associated with the award, this is 100% a reflection of my team,” Young says. “They are the ones having the conversations, solving problems, and going the extra mile every day. This recognition belongs to them just as much as it does to me.”

Young’s business is guided by integrity, accountability, service and honor. A key component of the B Young Insurance Agency is their accessibility. When customers call, they step in.
