David’s Bridal has officially closed its doors in Columbia. An employee at the David’s Bridal in Blue Springs says the Columbia location closed more than a week ago as a part of nationwide closures.

According to CNN, David’s Bridal filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April, after being hurt by factors including inflations and competition from online and second hand retailers.

Now, if Columbia residents want to visit a David’s Bridal store, the closest location is in Blue Springs at 1154 NE Coronado Drive. Customers can reach the store to make an appointment by calling 816-350-1734.
