Missouri and two other states, Nebraska and Alaska, will decide if workers should receive state-mandated paid sick leave via Proposition A.
If enacted, employers will be required to provide PST (paid sick time): one hour per 30 hours worked.
The goal of Prop A is to curb the spread of disease in the workplace, but many debate that this proposition opens doors to potential abuse.
