Don’t Forget to Vote in This Year’s General Election

By Inside Columbia
Votes.

It is time to vote! But there are some changes to be aware of before showing up to your polling location.

To vote in person on Tuesday, Missourians will need to show a valid photo ID, which can include a Missouri driver’s or non-driver’s license, U.S. passport or military ID. If you forget or do not have one of those forms of ID, you can still vote by a blue provisional ballot. Remember that your provisional ballot will only be counted if you return to the same polling place on the day of the election with your ID and a matching signature. Click here for more information on acceptable photo IDs.

Don’t forget to double check your polling location before heading out on Tuesday. For more information on where to vote and what’s on the ballot, visit showmeboone.com/clerk.
