The Columbia Area Career Center is hosting a barbecue fundraiser to raise money for CACC SkillsUSA programs. CACC is a part of the Columbia Public School District and serves the community by providing programs and courses to a variety of ages.
The fundraiser is set for Wednesday, Oct. 5, and people can click here to pre-order a meal for $10, which includes a pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and a brownie. Drinks also will be available to purchase the day of the event for $2 each. People are asked to pay at pickup with cash or check made payable to Columbia Public Schools. Credit card payments will be accepted with a processing fee.
Food must be picked either from 10 a.m.-1p.m. or 4:30-6:30 p.m. Oct. 5 on the north side of the Columbia Area Career Center in the culinary loading zone.
