Along with three business partners, chef, cookbook author and co-owner of Nourish Cafés Kimber Dean is launching a new line called Happiness Drinks. The powdered mixes will come in tea bag-like packets and, in keeping with Kimber and Nourish’s philosophy, will be organic, plant-based, vegan, kosher, gluten-free and dairy-free.

The first of these superfood packets released will be a detoxifier, containing apple cider vinegar, wheat grass, lemon, spirulina and chlorella. Multi-packs of three will follow, and include a Happiness Drink for sleep and a third for immunity boosting. Watch for more details once the drink line is available!
