The new CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen is now open! According to a post on social media, the new shared kitchen has multiple cooking bays, a baking section, a production kitchen, food truck access and a space for pop-ups.

This comes seven months after construction began on the new shared kitchen. The 3200-square-foot shared kitchen space is meant as an affordable option to start or expand a small food business. It allows mobile food vendors, caterers and other small businesses to rent the facility and equipment. It also has 24/7 availability, dry and cold storage, business counseling services, marketing assistance and regular classes.
