For the first time, Sparky’s Homemade Ice Cream is doing a 50/50 day to give back to the community. According to Sparky’s social media, half of all sales on Thursday will be donated to the Central Missouri Humane Society.

There also will be a donation bucket on site for customers to donate additional money to the local nonprofit.

The Central Missouri Humane Society has been operating since 1943, with a mission to promote the well-being of companion animals. If you would like to get involved, foster or volunteer, visit cmhspets.org/volunteer/.
