As staffing issues continue nearly everywhere, Columbia restaurants are having to make some changes.

44 Stone announced a temporary change to its business hours due to a staffing shortage. The new hours, which effectively cut Tuesday lunch service, can be found at the 44 Stone website or Facebook page. Earlier this month, Top Ten Wines also announced a temporary change in business hours due to staffing.

And other restaurants are looking at new incentives in an effort to attract new applicants. A local Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise has posted signs offering a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees, according to 93.9 The Eagle.
