Join Chelsea Petree of Soulscription from 4-5:30 p.m. Saturday at Nourish Cafe & Market for a journey through the history, ritual and flavor of cacao – a superfood with a rich history and transformative properties. In this class, attendees will learn about cacao’s origins, its significance in ancient civilizations and how to incorporate it into your daily life. There will also be an opportunity to prepare your own cacao, create a personal ritual and enjoy the delightful treat.
