Pasta La Fata is featuring multiple new items on the menu this week. Customers can purchase the meatball sandwich, Marylou’s new lemon velvet cake and short rib ragu on creamy polenta.
According to a post on social media Pasta La Fata is hosting meatball sandwich week. “The bread is new and improved, and fabulous and perfect because we get it from our talented friends and neighbors at Irene’s.” Another post on social media shows Marylou’s new lemon velvet cake, with a lemon sponge with lemon curd filling, lemon-flavored cream cheese frosting and a lemon white chocolate drip. According to another post, on Saturday customers can get the short rib ragu on creamy polenta, creamy corn grits studded with sun-dried tomato, fresh herbs and grated cheese, topped with slow braised beef short rib ragu and demi-glace.
Pasta La Fata is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. You can also visit Pasta La Fata at the Columbia Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. For more information, visit pastalafata.net.
