Pasta La Fata’s Autumn Cake Lineup

Pasta La Fata revealed their lineup of seasonal cakes on Instagram this weekend.

The selection of cakes includes:

  • Cranberry Orange Cake: a cinnamon spice cake topped with brown sugar, Swiss meringue, buttercream frosting and an orange cranberry jam.
  • Chocolate Fudge Cake: a decadent, dark chocolate cake with rich fudge frosting.
  • Caramel Apple Cream Cake: a cinnamon spice cake, apple compote filling, salted caramel drip and topped with a cinnamon oat crumble.
  • Gingerbread Latte Cake: ginger spice layer cake, French coffee buttercream frosting and decorated with bits of toffee.

All cakes are available by the slice, while inventory lasts, six days a week at Pasta La Fata. Pastry Chef Marylou makes each cake in small batches from scratch, so be sure to stop by and grab a slice.
